Warranty & pricing FAQs

Quick answers to the most common questions about estimates, parts, and coverage.

What warranty do you provide on repairs?

Most repairs include a 12-month/12,000-mile workmanship warranty (whichever comes first). Coverage can vary by service and parts used—your estimate will note the exact terms.

Do you use OEM parts?

Whenever available, we recommend genuine OEM parts for fit and longevity. We’ll also discuss high-quality equivalent options when they make sense for your budget and goals.

Will you start work without approval?

No. We provide a written estimate and confirm pricing with you before beginning any repair. If we uncover additional issues, we’ll contact you with options before proceeding.

Why do prices show “from” amounts?

Labor time and parts can vary by model, year, engine, and condition. The “from” pricing reflects common starting points; your final quote is based on your specific vehicle and needs.

Is the diagnostic fee applied to the repair?

In many cases, yes—when you approve the recommended repair. We’ll confirm how the diagnostic applies on your estimate so there are no surprises.

What’s not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear items (like wiper blades or brake pads over time), pre-existing conditions, and damage from misuse or accidents typically aren’t covered. We’ll explain exclusions clearly for your service.
